В Узбекистане хотят увеличить длительность оплачиваемого отпуска

На данный момент в стране действует законопроект, согласно которому количество дней оплачиваемого отпуска равно от 15 до 21. Об этом сообщили в пресс-службе.
Узбекский парламент в ходе рассмотрения документов обнаружил, что нынешняя реальность такова, что оплачиваемый отпуск должен длиться 27 дней.
Данный законопроект будет работать со следующего года.
According to the press service of the Parliament, during the discussions it was noted that the current version of the Labor Code, adopted in 1995, does not correspond to modern realities, it does not take into account the active development of new, diverse forms of involvement of citizens in labor activity, nor are sufficient conditions created for the widespread use of flexible working modes, which, in particular, allow employers to choose simpler forms of attracting additional workers to work.
A special part of the new edition of the Labor Code is devoted to certain institutions of labor law and includes new norms such as employment, individual labor relations, professional training, retraining and advanced training of employees, peculiarities of labor regulation of certain categories of employees, protection of labor rights of employees, consideration of labor disputes.
